We are here to help you understand and build your food safety program. We specialize in field and packing house operations. If you are new to food safety, we will provide full service documentation for Global Food Safety Initiative certification. From GAP, GMP, HACCP and more, we can help you build your food safety manual for certification. If you currently have a food safety program, we help you fine tune your program. We are available to review your manual and conduct internal audits prior to your scheduled 3rd party audits.

We will help you in your decision making process. There are many to choose from and we can give you an idea of how they work and what may be the best fit for your operation.
What is needed to become certified for organics?
This depends on your operation. For field operations, the starting point is to have land that has been clear of any synthetic or prohibitive substances for 3 years. Documentation about the fields and your plan for planting will need to be established; The rest we will guide you through. For packing house operations, we work with you to determine what you process and how to get started.
What is needed to become certified for Food Safety?
The first step in this process is to determine if it's field operations only, packing house operations or both. We will help you determine the best solution for your company and help you build your plan.
Tish has been providing food safety and organic consulting for the past 5 years. Her background is in project management and this has given her a firm understanding of regulations and meeting stringent deadlines. She has her PSA certificate with knowledge of the FSMA guidelines and regulations as well as the USDA NOP standards and regulations.
Scott has a Bachelor of Science degree in plant pathology and has been working in farming, organics and food safety for his entire career. He is well versed in Primus, Global Gap, Harmonized GAP Plus+ and has a strong understanding of organic agriculture. Scott has maintained several certifications during his career related to organics and food safety.
